On October 24-25, 2013 Professor Lela Kelbakiani, rector of Kutaisi University visited Kaunas University of Technology to attend Information Day on “Tempus” project ERASMUS + for Eastern Partnership countries.
ERASMUS + is a new program of the European Union for education, training, youth and sport propose by the European Commission on November 23, 2011. This proposal is now being discussed by the Union (28 member states) and European Parliament in order to reach the final decision.
